Retail Moment: Affordable Anthropologie-Style Tailored Clothing

I love vintage-inspired clothing, especially the designs at Anthropologie (www.anthropologie.com).  But as a petite woman on a budget, I need an alternative.  Who can afford those expensive clothes, let alone afford tailoring alterations for petite, tall, curvy, etc., bodies that don't fit into sample sizes?

I recently discovered eShakti (www.eshakti.com), a clothing site with Anthropologie-esque clothing, including retro-inspired dresses and separates, as well as jewelry and other accessories.  You get a $20 discount on your first order, plus they email you discount coupons every month, and with their already-low prices, you can end up paying only $40 (which includes the shipping cost) on a custom-sized piece of clothing.  I ordered two dresses from them so far, and since you can enter in your specific measurements (chest, bust, underbust, arm length, upper arm, waist, low waist, thigh, inseam, etc.), every piece of clothing should fit perfectly--and if it doesn't, you can return it for a refund or store credit.  In addition, you can customize lengths, sleeve styles, neck styles, and other elements of the clothing for a nominal fee (around $7, or free if they are offering a sale).  And the prices are really affordable, between $54 and $95 for dresses, $29 to $69 for tops, and $39 to $89 for skirts.  Combine those prices with the coupons you will get for registering, and the savings are definitely substantial for these customized clothes. (I am not being paid to review www.eshakti.com, I am just amazed at the value there!)
